RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – Baker Street.lk

 

We continuously strive to provide all our customers with an excellent online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY REQUIREMENTS

– Items must be neatly packed and securely placed to the in the original Sealable package.

– The invoice must be included inside the package.

– Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.

– All original tags must be attached.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To initiate a request, please contact us via email or phone with your order details.

For exchanges:

– Exchange requests are typically processed within 2 working days, depending on stock availability.

– Returned items may be collected at the time of the new delivery.

– A collection and re-delivery fee of LKR 240 may apply.

– The full process usually takes 3–7 working days.

For returns (refunds):

– Items will be collected by courier upon request or returned using a reliable courier service.

– Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items.

– Delivery charges are non-refundable.

– Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

– A confirmation will be sent once the transfer is completed.

– Refund processing typically takes 5 working days after receiving the returned items.

IMPORTANT NOTES

– Items that do not meet the return requirements will be sent back to the customer.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alterations.
